This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is located at ground level in a mediaeval building a short 3 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. Costa dei Magnoli Street is on a hill side, with two of Florence’s famous attractions, Giardino Bardini and Forte Belvedere located at the top. Further along the street you arrive at Piazzale Michelangelo, the most magnificent panorama view of Florence Historical Center and the surroundings areas.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, with a queen size bed and dresser. The main living area consists of a double size pull out couch, a small dinner table for two and a kitchenette fully equipped with all cooking supplies. The bathroom has a washing machine and drying rack with the traditional bide, toilet and shower.
For stays longer than 7 days, utilities (electricity, water) are not included.
All amenities are within a short walking distance. These include; Conad Sapori d’Intorni supermarket, city bus stop, numerous cafés, wine bars, gelaterias, restaurants and shopping, Old bridge and Ufizzi are 5 minutes walk. Piazza della Repubblica and Cathedral are a 10 minute walk.
Santa Maria Novella train station is approximately 20 minute walk and the Florence (Peretola) Airport, is at 30 minute taxi ride with a flat rate of 25 euro.
