Security deposit - To book your apartment

In order to reserve an apartment you will be required to pay a deposit of around 25% of the agreed rental. The preferred method of payment is Pay Pal. Pay Pal is secure and allow you to pay by using your credit card.

All inclusive price rentals the deposit you pay to reserve the apartment will normally be treated as part payment and on arrival you will be only required to pay the balance.

Balance (Rental payment)

At your arrival we expect payment in cash if it has not been already paied to the agency.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is applied to overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this tourist structure is 3.00 Euro per person per night. There are the following exemptions: a) children up to twelve years old ; b) people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient; c) patients who make hospital care in outpatient care; d) students of the University of Florence.

Any extras to pay?

There is an extra 30 Euros charge for arrival:

• - after 20:00 hours weekday;
• - all day Sunday and International holidays (such as 25th December....).

Cancellation - Do I loose my deposit if I cancel?

For cancellations made the following number of days before the arranged arrival date the deposit will be:

• - 30 or more: will return 100% of the deposit paid less costs (es. credit card charges, transfer expenses).
• - between 30 and 15: will return 30% of the deposit paid (less costs)
• - less than 15 : the deposit will be forfeited.
